The Foundation for the Development of Las Quebradas Biological Center (FUDEBIOL) is a social, non-profit organization, established on May 13, 1989, under the legal framework of the Foundations Law No. 5338 in Costa Rica; with the purpose of protecting and conserving the natural resources of the Upper Quebradas River Basin.
